Have worn this exact same moc for years. Your customer service was great. The product quality was not the same. I ordered a size 10 which I always do and still have from before, but this pair was smaller and the back heal is slighlty smaller and does not come up on the back of my heal as high....so my heal always slips out of the moc when I walk. Definitely not the same quality.

Wayyyyy better then ugg , seriously. Pound for pound the coziness footwear ever… the fur in and around that touches your skin is simply amazing and extremely warm , no need for socks even if you were them outside in the cold
