The first slipper were size 7 and ran small, I couldn't get a refund and used the in-store credit to buy a second pair of more expensive moccasins in size 8. They ran big and also do not fit. How can I exchange them for a size 7? Do you have 1/2 sizes in moccasins?

My husband really likes them but when I got his regular size they were too small and we had to exchange for a size up.
