Other than working hard at LâMO, Lauren is a passionate sports and dance mom of two children. When she's not spending quality time with her friends and family, she's curled up with a good book and a glass of wine.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lauren embodies the spirit of empowerment and strength that defines the essence of International Women's Day. Inspired by the resilience and determination of her favorite woman of history, Helen Keller. Lauren continues to break barriers, defy expectations, and inspire those around her at the workplace or at home.

What Does International Women's Day Mean to You?

We asked Lauren what International Women's Day means to her, and her view on this special day states, "To me it means celebrating the women who have paved the way for our next generation of young women. To acknowledge their sacrifice and determination to see things in a different and better light and to empower girls to know no limit to their ability. (Behind every good man is a stronger woman)"
