Kim Murphy is a Registered Dental Assistant, specializing in Orthodontics. She has been with her practice for over 33 years. Kim resides in Ventura with her husband, John and her dog, Primo. She recently lost her “surfing” dog, Haole Boy, who passed away at the age of twelve after fighting a two year battle with cancer. Haole was actually the reason Kim became involved with A Walk On Water, as he was invited to participate at an event. Six years later…she was hooked! A Walk On Water (AWOW) is a non-profit that provides Surf Therapy to individuals with special needs or disabilities. A day with AWOW is a magical beach day for the whole family.
