I placed an order 2 weeks ago, and couldn't believe that the shoes I ordered as a birthday gift hadn't been received by the Birthday girl. I was upset. But, with the help of a couple great customer service gals, I was able to realize I had provided an incomplete delivery address. The first woman who helped me went out of her way to research what the issue was. She called me back as promised, even after I missed her first call. We got the delivery address updated, and I'm hopeful that this time around the birthday girl will receive her shoes( few weeks late). But, that was by no fault of Lamo. Great customer service!
