My toes are sensitive in the winter. Since I am (mostly) retired, I try to wear open-toe shoes whenever I can. In the summer, sandals are good for many low-intensity activities. Indoors, these slippers work well year-round. Unlike an old pair of slip-on shoes that I had modified by cutting away the toe section, the Lambo slippers provide both warmth and comfort without socks. My two advisory comments for prospective buyers concern size. First, as someone who lived in China for several years, I was not perplexed by needing to order "large" for a size 10 foot. That is just the way the Chinese sizing system works; don't try to second-guess it. Second, if you have narrow feet, like mine, you may wish that the heel were slightly narrower. However, I found that by getting the velcro adjustment just right, I can keep my feet comfortable inside the slipper (no flopping). Once I get the adjustment right, I leave it there and use a shoe horn to put the slippers on. In sum, a good product and a happy customer.
